Can you help me look for a song I've heard a couple of times on the radio?

It's a rock song that I heard on the 96 Rock station; the only lyrics
I remember were, "I don't think so. I don't think so, I don't think
so." It was near the end of the song and it was a male singer; near
the end when he kept repeating the lyric, he started to sing with
distortion (which everyone else calls 'screaming').
