I want to go to a concert, but I can't drive?

I have the money and my parents would let me, but it's 4 hours away
and I can't drive. I only have one friend I'd be willing to take and
she can't drive either. My parents said they won't take me because
they have work.. what do I do? Is there any way I can still go? This
concert means a lot to me.. I'm obsessed with this band and the place
they're playing is like really small and safe.
