Martin Lawrence sets CBS pact

LawrenceMartin Lawrence influences development frolic in the water at CBS this pilot season. The Interest and CBS TV Art galleries have closed a talent deal with Lawrence that needs the web and studio to develop a show for your comic. Lawrence hasn't done a TV series since his Fox laffer "Martin" ended its five-year run in 1997. His recent pic credits include "Large Mommas: Like Father, Like Boy," "Dying inside a Funeral" and "College Journey." He's repped by UTA as well as the Collective.
